The diverse positions – based in Germany’s biggest studio house, simultaneously an association for the promotion of art and culture – represented in this tension-filled juxtaposition of photographic works reflect the artists’ view of our everyday cosmos. In stylistically wide-ranging, documentary, often staged or experimental insights, the artists sound out the boundaries between traditional photography and the media used, such as video and image collage.
