The four solo exhibitions deal with people of different cultures, whose lives appear to be hopeless and inevitable. In Room 1, Micha Ende shows “Treasure Hunters”. Works by José Giribás can be seen under the title, “Über Folter spricht man nicht” (We don’t talk about torture) in Room 2. In Room 3, Martin Köller portrays members of the Roma: “Unsere vergessenen Nachbarn”, our forgotten neighbours. The photographic works in Room 4, “Invisible Children”, originate from the Lebanon-born, USA-based Rania Matar.
