BAGERITZ, media artist, welcomes visitors to his made-up artists’ bar: At the location that is probably unique in art history, almost in the former studio of the “style pluralist” Sigmar Polke, in the erstwhile photographic surroundings of the “maverick” Chargesheimer, not far from “Gasthaus L.Fritz” Gruber, the co-founder of photokina. The spirit of the (vanished) artists’ pub is revived by BAGERITZ, a monument of memories, interwoven with current aesthetic statements by artists selected by him.
